The Resource Center

PST CRRC’s Resource Center has over 15,000 books, articles, audiovisual materials, and various resource materials and documents on childhoods, children’s rights and issues, psychosocial support, and human rights.



Reference materials may be borrowed by users for photocopying but must be returned before the end of the day. Individuals who may not have the time to photocopy the materials can send photocopying requests to us. You may also ask us to mail the materials to you. Please call or send an email message to for your requests or to inquire about our fees and modes of payments.

Library Hours

The Resource Center is open to all interested individuals, students, academics, researchers, and practitioners from Mondays to Fridays, from 10 am to 12 nn and 1 to 5 pm.

Library Fees

We charge our users a minimal library fee of PhP30 for students and PhP50 for professionals.

The Resource Center houses all our publications, which we distribute to interested individuals and organizations. Feel free to contact us should you be interested to receive our publications.
